This surviving family needs help!

Sometimes the most inscrutable things happen in life and there is no way to understand why.

This recent incident is one such thing. A friend forwarded the link to me to post it on the blog so there could be more scope for contributions for this family. I read it a couple of times with an aching heart and wondered how in the world a young woman is going to take care of 2 special needs children after they have suffered the trauma of a fatal accident. But I suppose where there is a will, there will be a way. And so, I pray for her and her two brothers and for the peace of those souls that were her family. I hope you will too and if you feel like doing a little bit more, please follow this link for more details:

Thank you.

It's actually a shocking and sad incident that's moved the desi community in the DC area. Many have come forward with what they can contribute, and am sure they need all the support and more they can get.

I didn't know about this link. Will post too. Thanks.

Did not know about the link, but knew about this terrible, terrible tragic incident! Thanks for posting the link.
My cousin's wife was learning music from Mr.Soundarajan, and has told me so many times about what a wonderful, hospitable, kind, supportive, selfless family they are. In this day and age it is very difficult to find people like this.

Tharani,

I quite enjoy your articles, have been lurking around for quite some time now, never felt the need to put a comment until this one came up. what you've done was great as living in NZ , I would'nt have known this, though I must say, I did my best.

Cheers
