How easy it is to do a tag like this...
Dipping into my archives is so easy for me. Its like Dotmom said...sometimes, you don't know what else to read but you want to stay online, so what do you do? Most times, I always come away having re-learnt something all over again. I learn that I can very easily get ruffled by little things and not be able to see beyond them. I learn all over again, how Winkie is actually a great little guy and I needn't worry so much about how he will turn out. I learn that I have a penchant for details. I learn that I can be rather long winded when I write about something. And before that turns out to be true for this post, let me take you back on a few links...
For instance, the letter I wrote to Winkie one night when he woke up to his brother's crying and came to our bedroom to let us know. Read the entire letter here. It reminds me of how the four of us are bound together as a family.
Sometimes, its not always about the family. And your thoughts could travel to another person....someone who befriended you for a better part of life's journey. I pay tribute to that here.
But most often its about love. The thing that runs the world. And the only thing my mind instantly jumps to in this context is this.
Spirituality says that at the sum total of life's journey is to come back to the self. And as a very limited reminder of that is this post.
Now, having covered all the specific requirements, I can now relax with anything I like. So then, let me leave you with this post...something I have enjoyed reminiscing about and reading back to myself many times.
Would any of you like to link to your links? How about...hmmm...
Boo, Ana, Orchid whom I have gotten to know so much better through their writing, and Y and Silent One whom I am just discovering. And if you are wondering what all this is about, please read the fine print which goes like this...
"Post 5 links to 5 of your previously written posts. The posts have to relate to the 5 key words given (family, friend, yourself, your love, anything you like). Tag 5 other friends to do this meme. Try to tag at least 2 new acquaintances (if not, your current blog buddies will do) so that you get to know them each a little bit better."

lol! see, that's THE difference between you and me. I will go and read my old posts and either cringe that I actually wrote that sentence or pat myself on the back and marvel at my own self. while you go back and learn!!??? No fair :) Will read the gems you picked now :)
links don't work...you forgot to add the links!
oh boy!, you've put so much thought into this..and now its my turn??, will do as soon as I can get to it and will read what you picked too :)
Dotmom : Links do work. I have linked to the words 'here' and 'this post' etc. Check again.
Btw, I do that too. Cringe and marvel by turns. Just thought I;d continue playing martyr by not necessarily mentioning that. Now I am busted. :D
Orchie : It's fun to do. I'm sure you will find the right ones.
Thanks Tharini. Will do it soon! And am looking forward to reading your links. In the middle of packing, etc. so it may take some time, though :)
Ok then Tharini! Will do this tag soon...
